We had a change in a bakery project and must move from pan release oil to non bioengineered oil. Is anyone familiar with how much cleaning our oil system would need and proofer cups with this switch? Thanks for you help

I've run into that phrase with some non-GMO Project paperwork, and we have used some ProKote release agents from Avatar that were compliant. From a chemistry standpoint there is no difference. These are highly refined materials so the GMO status of the nucleic acids in the plant is pretty irrelevant to the functionality of these oils.
