Is that it Tomatossh? Why don't you tell us all about ketchup manufacturing and how you assure food safety and quality through the process - are there any specific risks with ketchup manufacture? If you want to talk about ketchup fine, but don't just come on here and say we make ketchup contact me - we don't like that! :doh:
