Ok bakery crowd 😃
We want to buy some more 'oven mitts' because the ones we have look as if they are just bits of sack that got cut and sewn 🙈
Question is, do we need any paper on the gloves?
As in, document of compliance.
They will be 'accidental' food contact at some stage...
I found some that were silicone on one side and cloth on the other.
Thoughts? Advice?
