Hello all!  I just stepped into a Quality Assurance management position with a meat packing company in Iowa, US.  I come from the operational side of things, so I'm learning as much as I can about food safety and quality.  So far, loving it!

Hello!   I want so bad to go to Ragbrai this year.   I don't think I'm going to be able to pull it off tho.

I haven't done it in a while, but it went through my town last summer! Always a fun time whether you're riding or not.

My one and only time doing it - I did the whole thing. It is a one-of-kind experience.
