Hi, so im trying to find a portable system to apply food safe trough grease for dough troughs in a bakery.

A small positive displacement pump mounted on a cart with a 55 gallon drum of trough grease should work.

Make sure the product lines and applicator nozzles are capable of fairly easy disassembly and cleaning.

Pretty much any air operated pump will do. Just depends on your requirements.
