Hi Everyone,

My Name is Joyce, I work as the Quality Assurance Executive  at the International Food Corporation Limited, a Cannery based in Papua New Guinea.

My company specializes in  producing canned tuna and mackerel products as well as frozen precooked tuna lions.

My company is certified to the BRCGS and IFS and we are working improving our food safety and quality culture. That is how I came across this website and decided to join this community so I can learn from you all.

Thank you.

Joyce

Hello and welcome Joyce,

You're in luck, food safety and quality culture is a popular discussion topic here. I would recommend searching "Food Safety Culture", "Quality Culture", or even just "Culture" in the forum's search bar. This will give you lots of discussions for you to browse started by users who likely have similar questions to your own.
