4.15 Storage facilities, then 4.15.1, also this can be reflected in 3.4.4 (documented inspection for hygiene inspections & fabrication) plus 4.4.1 where walls shall be finished and maintained to prevent the accumulation of dirt, minimise condensation and mould growth, and facilitate cleaning.
