I understand that the specification of cleaning cloths is subjective (e.g. based on use and supplier), however can anyone give some suggested specifications for the best durable food grade cleaning cloths?

Hi,

Total Plate Count shall be less than 20 CFU/side. Swab shall be taken from 4 points.
