Does a filler need to be enclosed when bottling water/beverages?

Are you looking to buy a new machine?  Generally speaking the filler makes a connection with the bottle whilst filling, but then the bottle is exposed to the air prior to filling and you control that hazard by controlling the ambient environment via PMs on the hvac system and sanitation activities

 

What's your concern?
