Do you have a draft or sample procedure for movement of static equipment as required in BRC 9. Thank you in advance

No example here, but I would anticipate it to be very similar to your procedures following any other kind of interruption or extended downtime.  Someone with mechanical/technical expertise will examine it for functionality, followed by sanitation and a pre-operational inspection for food safety.
