Hi,

We've used the two following although for foaming floors and underneath machines. The first one uses compressed air while the second one is pumped manually.

Hope this could provide some direction for your search.

Most chemical providers do... I'd try that route first.

I have been in the food industry all of my adult life and have used several different styles and brands of equipment over the years, what seems like a bargain winds up being a big problem when it comes to the end point user. There are several things to consider from the perspective of the boots on the ground persons perspective.

  • How far does the foamer cast the chemical solution (this will determine how many units you will need to cover an area in a timely manner).
  • What are the the requirements for the operation (supplied water/supplied compressed air) and their availability in the production areas.
  • Ease of care, some foamers utilize an air driven pump that can quickly gum up and require  mechanical repair for simple issue of condensation in the air lines. Some foamers don't come with filters for the solution and any small debris will clog the venturi inlet and cause failures.
  • When something does break and you need a replacement part most companies do not sell parts directly to the end user, everything is sold through a distributor (or chemical vendor has always functioned as our distributor).

I hope that this helps.

Hello

We have been dedicating to hygiene solution in food industry.

When you choose an foam machine, you should take these into consideration.

These are:

1. Cleaning Requirements: Assess your cleaning needs and determine the specific requirements for the foaming machine. Consider factors such as the type of surfaces or equipment to be cleaned, the types of cleaning agents to be used (acidic, alkaline, or neutral), and the desired level of foam coverage and thickness.

2. Foam Quality and Consistency: Evaluate the foam quality and consistency produced by the machine. The foam should have stable properties and maintain its structure throughout the cleaning process. It should be dense enough to adhere to surfaces effectively and provide sufficient contact time for the cleaning agents to work.

3. Adjustable Foam Output: Look for a foaming machine that offers adjustable foam output settings. This allows you to control the amount of foam produced, enabling you to customize the cleaning process based on the specific cleaning task or surface being cleaned.

4. Ease of Use: Consider the ease of operation and user-friendliness of the foaming machine. Look for features such as clear instructions, intuitive controls, and easy maintenance procedures. A machine with straightforward operation can save time and minimize the risk of errors during the cleaning process.

5. Durability and Build Quality: Choose a foaming machine that is built to last and can withstand the demands of regular use in a cleaning system. Look for sturdy construction, high-quality materials, and reliable components that can withstand exposure to cleaning agents and harsh environments.

Recommend 3 machines for your reference.

Hope these are helpful for you !
