Hello,

Is there a BRC requirement for receiving chemicals, gloves, tools, or any other items other than raw materials?  Do trailers require seals or tempering evidence?  Despite checking the BRC guidelines, I could not find a clear mention of it?

Hi FoodsafetyQA,

This would depend on any risks associated with these items. For example chemicals could pose a risk if deliberately contaminated, so are they delivered in tamper evident containers that would mitigate this risk?

Kind regards,

Tony
