Good morning,

we are trying to find a tool to test the "firmness" of our cheese. I looked it up and believe a Shore Hardness Tester should do it. Has anyone experience with this, please?

You would be looking for a DURUOMETER. You would be close on the Shore, however that one is used for primarily polymers such as plastics and rubber.
