Hello everyone,
confusing question.
I have a product that has a shelf life of 6 hours. When establish environmental monitoring program [EMP] and the microbial examination is performed, the result will not appear preore 48 hours. What the action be if the result is positive in the first zone?
Re-cleaning ...It has already been cleaned before the result appears.
recall the product ....The product has been consumed from long time.


what the corrective action shell be performed


any sugestion ...

The action will be to investigate the failure, inspect the equipment or area swabbed, observe/review cleaning procedures and reswab.
