Clause ?

 

It will logically be specific to (your unknown) Process and possibly (your unknown) Environment.

 

However as far as metal contamination is concerned, IIRC, the well-known FDA/Fishery Hazards Guide contains a Guideline as to what kinds of Process equipment, eg metal conveyor belts, are (for FDA) considered as likely to generate metallic fragments. This is one reason why auditors of seafood manufacturing lines commonly expect to encounter metal detectors.
