We use a mincing machine to mince dried fruits (it also helps remove pits and stalks).  When using the 3mm mince plate we have struggled to find an efficient method to remove food debris due to the size of the holes in the mince plate.  I appreciate it's not a machine that would normally mince dried fruit, but would appreciate any ideas on how to ease the current cleaning challenge.

Hi,

Can you remove mince plate? and soak in in the solution or hot water overnight?

maybe you can use a cap and pour a hot water and leave it overnight?

Holchem could help,

;)
