Hi everyone! I'm Mel Lao and I'm very new in the food industry. I wanted to learn more about production standards so that we can produce quality breads. I came across this forum and thought that this will be very helpful to me who has limited knowledge about food safety and quality standards. Looking forward to learning from you all. :)
