Hello friends, I am looking for recipes for lemonade juice and orange juice from juice concentrate, which can be converted to 2000 gallons

It depends on the Brix of the concentrate and desired brix of the final product.   Some countries regulate the brix of the final product.  

 

I would think that the supplier of the concentrate should be able to offer some direction in terms of a water ratio, etc.
