Dear All,

 

Considering the increasing demand from customers who require that the packaging supplied must be free of PFAS for the US market, we need your help, has the US FDA released regulations that apply to all states?

because so far we have tried to find information that regulations related to PFAS are still issued by states, where each state has specific regulations that are different from other states.

Not that I'm aware of.   There's much talk on here of the consternation of the food industry for the FDA letting each state set its own rules currently.   Hopefully someone at the FDA nuts up and gets a hold on this before it gets too crazy.   You can't have 50 different sets of food law for manufacturers... States should not be allowed to imho, but until the feds step up, it will continue.
