If we were to exclude 2 of our items from the SQF audit.  Would those 2 items be listed on the certificate as excluded?  If not, how are the included/exempt items listed on SQF certificates or certified directories?

The Certificate will say something like "Certified Products: ____ & ____". It will not list excluded products.

Exclusions are shown on the certificate, that way there can be no miss-representation to a prospective customer.
