Are there regulated/standard for relative humidity and temperature for rice mill warehouse/storage areas?
I cannot find any regulations regarding it locally (Philippines) and internationally. Hope you guys could help me.

Hello,
Consider the following:
1. Rice has to be dry. Water content no more than 14% moisture (grain), for seed the moisture should be less than 12%.
2. Store rice in dry location. With humidity less than 60% at a temperature of 32 C.
3. Remember if relative humidity is 85% or higher at 32 C, the chances of your rice quality damage increases.
