Does anyone has a link to a TOP 15 (or even 10) non-conformances report among all IFS audited food factories ?

List is unavailable. These non-conformances range from issues with hygiene practices to discrepancies in documentation and record keeping.

It's not IFS, but here's one for SQF.  The general categories of frequent problems and their examples are probably going to be sufficiently similar.

Not IFS, but this website has FDA findings by year.

The number one finding in 2023 for Food was an insufficiently developed FSVP - 789 findings. Second was poor facility cleaning practices / inadequate repairs - 191 findings.
