Considering maintenance plans for water hoses and nozzle used in production and cleaning (for conveying potable water provided by public water supplier)), what would you use as timeframe for replacement of hoses and nozzles?
What about cleaning of nozzles, filters and taps, are there general guidelines or criteria regarding this?

It would really depend on your operation of course, but I replace hoses and sprayers and backflow devices annually at the minimum, more as needed.

Do regular inspection for any signs of wear and tear. Replace any worn out parts as necessary. A monthly preventive maintenance check is advisable.

We are processing various kinds of seafood, including RTE (kept frozen)

You only need to replace them if become damaged/stop working. You should clean the outside of the taps at a regular frequency- risk assess and add this to your cleaning schedule.
Carry out regular water tests (weekly/monthly)to ensure the pipework is not causing contamination
