I know the Codex for Sea Salt Identity lists heavy metal maximums, but it doesn't list Insoluble or Moisture Maximums. Does anyone have reference document for maximum allowable Insolubles or Moisture in Sea Salt?

These should have about what you need.  I just searched for sea salt specifications.  However, not being familiar with sea salt composition/specifications, I am not sure what the "type" means.
