I am an official controller as a veterinarian at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Food and Control Directorate. Aquaculture and dairy products are the areas I focus on. Food safety and quality management audits, prerequisites, business food and quality culture, environmental monitoring are among my favorite topics. Innovations excite me very much.
