Hi folks. I have stumbled onto this site looking for some info to get better in my new QA in food role.
I was working in labs for many years, did supervisory roles in smaller places and now got thrown into a new role without training.
I can utilise my experience to certain extent, at the moment I seem to be most experienced person there, even though I am not familiar with many things in the role.
