Hello, do any of you CIP your compressed air line periodically and is there any guidance on this?

Ive never done this or seen it done.  I think most would  argue that it is best to keep moisture our of a system that is designed to be dry.   In a properly designed and maintained system, it shouldnt be needed.   Id probably only consider ti if there was a known issue that you were trying to salvage the line.

I'd tend to agree with you as moisture is the last thing you'd want in a compressed air ring main. But say if you were looking to clean / sterilise a system, could you clean the pipe work with dry steam?
