Kindly I need your help regarding dairy products checklist for downstream (hypermarkets) what shall team inspect and check in dairy products (milk, yoghurt) on shelf and what tests shall be checked?

Legibility Of Code/Dates
Use By/Best Before - Age & Rotation (FEFO)
Label check
Weight/Volume check
Temperature if chilled/frozen
