Under which food category does UHT milk fall - CIV Processing of ambient stable products or CI processing of perishable animal products?

Hi rams,

 

UHT Milk falls into CIV Processing of ambient stable products - Processing and packaging of products stored and sold at ambient temperature.

 

CI is for products that require chilled or frozen temperature control.
