What would a form of recording the calibration checks of of bi-metal and digital thermometer include?

How would a form of work instructions for these be formatted?

hi :)

Do you have caps for digital thermometer?

I would suggest the old method for bimetal and digital which is boiling water and ice

:)

Our calibration record is relatively straightforward.

Date and time the calibration check was performed.

Thermometer ID#

Reference temperature, and the difference from that reference.

Initials of the person who performed the check and indication if it was a pass/fail.

A spot for comments if corrective actions were taken.

Signature of a verifier, and indicator for record review or direct observation.
