Hi!
I don't know your production process. But it can be that you have very-very limited food waste during normal production.
I am guessing you have a system where you can re-work any out of spec products, or where there are outlets for any grade.
You might however still have some losses from spills, leakages, sample taking, cleaning or dead-stock.
Usually, an auditor understands that there are some industries where absolute waste is rare.
If you are worried about adhering to this norm: I recommend writing an SOP and/or risk assessment where you identify all the outlets that your products has, that there is no downgrade of the product to waste and any additional spills/leakages/flow of product out of normal production that you might have. And you conclude that additional reduction of waste is/isn't needed.
