Does your chemical provider/supplier offer onsite or remote training on the safety and regulatory aspects in addition to the usage?  We always use the provider and they train our staff in groups which include safety, handling, SDS, spillage, usage, etc.

PPE training is very common. Some chemical companies will create SOPs for cleaning items.

The larger chemical companies have full blown in-person training programs and can write up your entire sanitation SOP's for you. Many have recordings available and Zooms, etc.

I worked for Johnson-Diversey years ago and we would train the employees one-on-one and in groups -- this was for when the food company or supermarket chain used close to 100% of our chemical programs  - as long as you are all in with the chemical company you can ask and receive a lot of support and in various ways.
