In the requirement it is mentioned that there has to be be "clearly define service expectations and ensure that the potential food safety risks associated with the service have been addressed." - how do you define these expectations in the contract (for laundry services, external lab, maintenance service suppliers like electricians and so on.) or maybe you send and additional document to the service company to sign? Could you please share example?
Also one more thing I was wondering about. it is regarding the training to the service providers that will be on a site. What exactly the training is including - allergens, HS, maybe more...? And of course I think the level of the training also is a little tricky part, how much training they have to get, like for example about allergens...? We are in the process to certify us, so please be patient with my questions :D
