Hi All,

 

I'm Steve, and my wife and I operate Rangeview Farm Foods, a Pasture Raised Duck Egg Farming and Award Winning Duck Egg Mayonnaise manufacturing business based in Victoria, Australia.

As well as duck farming and making tasty food, I've got a 10 Yr+ background in Governance, Risk and Compliance, mainly in the corporate space in operational risk and cyber security, but due to recent changes in implementation of Food Safety regulations here, our old Food Safety plan has been deemed no longer acceptable for our business, so I'm now consuming everything I can on FSANZ Compliant Food Safety Programs (of which HACCP is a significant part) to re-write our food safety program in preparation for our next audit, and ongoing operation of the business.

Look forward to reading, learning, and later contributing to the discussions.

Welcome to the IFSQN forums.

 

I’ve seen plenty of posts from people working with hen’s eggs here but I’m not sure I’ve seen a previous member that was Duck Egg Farming so that's a new one.

 

Never had Duck Egg Mayonnaise but it is definitely something I would give a try.
