We're facing problems' with Chicken broiler during the slaughter as below is the common problems I'm facing continually, the main problems with Stunner machine now currently V32-36 and Frequency 600-750 this the parameters which is running (Meyn Machine)

 

- Redness/Blood clots on wings 

- Blood Clots on Drumstick

- Wings Dislocation 

- Hemorrhaging, Bruising 

 

Please help me out who i can reduce all these and what volt and Hz can use for get the better result

please check alignment of defeathering machine. try to use same size bird in processing & also check the finger placed in defeathering machine. There are three type of finger in it. soft, semi-hard & hard check the setting of it. need to consider no. of bird carrying in bird cage.

Are you using a water bath stunner?   If so, what is the conductivity?

 

 

Generally speaking, the blood clots on wings and drums will be from pre mortem injury, so you should be pointing the finger at the catching crew and # of birds/crate

 

As for breast meat spots, that is from an improper stun......need more information on the bird behavior going into and during the stunning process to help
