I am going to create a maintenance schedule for HTST Pasteurizer and I would like your advice on how to create this schedule.

Contact the manufacturer and ask them what they would recommend its a good start and after all they know the equipment the best.  You can then incorporate the information into your internal maintenance schedule.

"The issue is that the factory was assembled manually and is outdated, making it impossible to communicate with the manufacturer. I am trying to obtain maintenance schedules as a reference, in addition to monitoring recurring failures over the past two years. Based on this, I am creating a preventive maintenance schedule for the equipment. Moreover, I am also required to do the same for the homogenizer machine."
