As a passionate food technologist working as a Scientific Officer at the Post Harvest Research Centre Faisalabad, I am excited to join the IFSQN community. With a focus on innovation and research, I am particularly interested in exploring the potential of nutraceuticals, functional foods, and food waste utilization.
