The annual EU Rapid alert System Data for 2005 is available which includes a section on problems occurring in food contact materials.
Don't think RSS Robot noticed this one but not 100% sure nobody else has commented.
The report covers items like recalls for products already in the market and products stopped before this stage, eg at import controls. Has high quality and detailed breakdowns by product, location and problem type together with trend graphs.
Strictly should be in "News" but I didn't want to upset the Robot.
