Anyone have experience with a software tool inside a QMS or standalone (beyond excel) that handles sensory evaluation data and creates dashboard reporting?

Thanks!

Nowadays much as there is part of me that hates it, I'd suggest you need someone who is a bit of a PowerBI whizz.  I've not got my head around it yet, nor do I need to really but in terms of data visualisation for whatever data set you want, it's pretty good as long as you have someone who is able to create what you want.  You can then build it into slides with any other data you're collecting.

Genuinely I probably should get my head around it at some point because it is helpful if there's someone in your business who just wants a regular scorecard.  You can even get an output or report to email on a regular basis.  It will use data from the likes of excel and produce something pretty professional looking.

I have used DraughtLab sensory software before working with Beer/Hard Seltzer type beverages and found it to be easy to use and intuitive. I had the "enterprise" level software, but there are good things to be had at all levels - it all depends on the types of tests you want to run and reports you want to generate. They support a wide variety of food and beverage industries and the folks there are really helpful and friendly. https://www.draughtlab.com/software

Appreciate the suggestions.  Not sure I have the energy/time to learn Power Bi, but it was great to know about it in case I find myself bored or something, lol.  I will suggest the other platform as well and see if they want to take their data to the next level beyond xcel.

Thanks!!
