I am a newly hired in a Food Manufacturing Industry. In the future I will be handling or assisting in auditing. What books or free resources, can you recommend or reference to get started? I wanna learn about FSSC and many more.

Visit https://www.fssc.com...2000-version-6/ for all FSSC22000 requirements (on top of the ISO 22K standard, which is to be purchased from your local ISO-office.

This IFSQN platform is on itself a great source of information.

I'd be taking a good Internal Auditing Training program. we offer one, however IFSQN offers a good one an it's somewhere around, $100 - not free, but well worth the money.
