This program would be how you would handle regulatory affairs and inspections within your facility.

Things that would be included in this policy:

1. how the inspector may enter the facility.

2. sign in requirements and verifying ID and license of the auditor/inspector.

3. Who needs to be notified when regulatory agents or auditors are in and how they will be notified. (internal or customers if required)

4. in the event of a regulatory warning/inspection, such as a Form 482, what you would do if you received it.

5. What you would do when you receive the report from the inspection.

Hope this help give you a start.

Thank you!

What should I consider if the audit standard requires for "the facility demonstrates compliance to applicable regulatory requirements"

Thank you
