Hello I am new to the berries industry. I started to work for a broker company and i am been ask to do a HACCP plan. We technically buy berries from grower and have a 3rd party facility for pre cooling and storage and distribute product. Is there any guidance someone can give me on how to start or what would be my CCP's?

If you're a broker, you're probably not going to have a HACCP plan unless you actually take ownership of the berries and hold them in a facility you own or operate.

You're going to need a strong supplier approval program highlighting your relationship with the grower, verifying not only their GFSI audits but that they're complying with the applicable CFR's (especially if your farm is foreign, FSVP applies).

Going to agree with @jfrey123 here.  You wouldn't really have a HACCP plan more of a process flow showing the supply chain and how all things intersect.  Since your the middle person in this equation it does all come down to your supplier approval program and the documentation that is maintained.
