Hi everyone,

My name is Alvaro, I have been registered in the forum for more than a year and this is my second post.
I am a food engineer and currently I am an internal auditor leader in a frozen fruits and vegetables company.
I have about 4 years of experience and my idea is to continue learning, I would like to know all types of food processes in different areas and be able to contribute to the safety in each of them.
Greetings!
