Hello,

What is the ideal extension we can come up with for expired inventory after confirmation of the assessment on microbial analysis and organoleptic inspection is satisfied? Could the extension be as long as outcomes of the microbial analysis and the organoleptic inspection stay satisfied?

TIA

To tack on to @scampi question... It also depends on what material or product you are looking to extend.

I appreciate your reply.

The items are past shelf-life and are dry fish powder.

We are sending sample to the 3rd party lab for microbial analysis, and our R&D is checking organoleptically for item quality.

All the best

What has the supplier said when you asked them about an extension?
