Hi,

 

Would it be acceptable, and would food safety & quality be maintained if reworking a chilli jam that got "accidently" frozen.

 

We would usually Never rework products, but in this case I am wondering if anyone knows if it would be acceptable to re-cook and re-pot (sugar content being very high).
