Wanted to see if anyone had any ideas as to what we would be doing with our byproduct as a juicing company. Basically we have tons of leftover pulp from juicing an assorted variety of fruits and vegetables and instead of paying to have it sent to the landfill, I was wondering if there are any ingredient houses or other food manufacturing companies that could use these instead.

no, but any pig farmer would be happy to take it from you (and may pay you something for it)

What Scampi said.  All of our fresh-cut fruit and veg facilities hold the peels and cut bits and send them to local animal farms in their areas.  You get bonus points from retail customers who are ramping up sustainability programs, and you should already be tracking the weights for traceability purposes (maybe, I'm not a juice guy), so you get to count all of that poundage as "diverted from landfills" each year.
