Hi all, 

 

We have a recurring issue with vacuum packs blowing. Packaging micron has been checked and they seem to be properly sealed. 

 

Any ideas?

Vacuum packs of what might be a good start?  What micro checks have you performed?  Have you analysed the gas at all?

If you have some of the packages with spoilage, I'd start by finding out what is growing inside.  How you respond will depend on what the organism is, and what it is growing on.
