Karen Stangl : Hi For the Q & A session - Can you tell us more about how and why every point of use of compressed air is a CCP? Is there anything that can be done upstream to reduce the number of CCPs if you have many supply lines to POU?
Karen Stangl : Q2: which purity class does water fall into - soft drinks? Are we assuming "beer" is for all alcoholic beverages, and "soft drinks" is for all non-alcoholic beverages, no matter their makeup??
Brett Greenlee : Stangl: answer to Q1: According to BCAS. Every point can be considered a critical point. Usually what we see at Trace analytics is choosing a percentage of all points for each round of routine testing and rotating through them for the next round. There are ways to mitigate risk upstream and air quality testing is how to verify that those measures are effective and being maintained in an appropriate time frame
