has someone using the Ecolab portal for the pest control.

my plan is to review the scope and to see which baits have the least activity so that i can remove from there and place it somewhere else.
if anyhow have done the review of the baits or the scope please advice how to proceed

If you have an Ecolab portal then Ecolab does your pest control. Have Ecolab place them somewhere else. 

 

If you do it, your map of the sites would be wrong. I don't think a user can change the map locations on the website.

I had similar thing recently, noticed that some traps had no activity at all in years, so I reported this to my pest control. They sent out a field biologist, who did an assessment and agreed with me that these are not necessary and been removed. But as it was mentioned before, you will need to get your pest control involved in this, you can't just move traps around.

Do you have specific concerns somewhere that isn't being monitored with bait stations? If so, this is something you need to discuss with your PCO when they come. They might be hesitant to remove stations but would probably gladly add in more (for a fee).

  

Some food safety schemes also have specific requirements on placement and servicing of traps/bait stations (AIB is different than SQF, for example). Prior to even discussing with your PCO, I'd double check your food safety schemes and make sure you understand what's required.

I'll echo OP's sentiment that the EcoLab portal sucks.  One of my facilities uses it, and it is a real pain to navigate.  Difficult to find downloadable data that you can work with in Excel for trend analysis, and the graphs the portal displays on its own are next to useless.

 

And I'll agree with general sentiment here that the PCO should be the one to determine where the bait stations are placed.  You can bring it up to the PCO that stations with low/no activity might need to be moved and let them determine.  Otherwise you're trying to take on responsibility for significant determinations of your pest control program that an auditor might decide to argue with.
