We deal with the buildup of wax on our packaging machines. The wax comes from the back of the candy wrappers. Operators often clean the machines with damp cloths and scouring pads, but it requires a lot of elbow grease.
I am on the lookout for chemicals that can dissolve the wax right off of the machines, without requiring much effort.
We have tried alcohol-based sanitizers, isopropyl alcohol, scouring pads and so oh. None of them have proven to be the magical solution we need.
Any ideas on what we could use instead.
